第一条 为规范保安员服装和保安服务标志的生产、销售、购买、穿着佩带管理工作，根据《保安服务管理条例》、《公安机关实施保安服务管理条例办法》和有关法律、法规，制定本办法。

第四条 本办法所称保安员服装，是指中国保安协会依法研制推荐的保安员上岗服务时穿着的制式服装，包括服装、服饰、鞋、帽子。其中，服装包括：春秋冬常服、执勤服、押运服、训练服、长短袖衬衣、棉服等；服饰包括：帽徽、肩章、臂章、钮扣、领带等；帽子包括：大檐帽、卷檐帽、工作帽、贝雷帽等。

第五条 本办法所称保安服务标志，是指中国保安协会依法确定的保安员上岗服务时在服装上佩带的体现保安服务职业特征的专用标志，由图案和文字组成。

第三章 生产销售和购买

第七条 中国保安协会按照严格管理、防止垄断、适度竞争、满足需求的原则，对保安员服装和保安服务标志的生产销售进行统一规划。各省、自治区、直辖市保安服务行业协会，可以向中国保安协会推荐生产销售企业，由中国保安协会审核后授权。

第八条 生产销售保安员服装(包括面料、辅料，下同)和保安服务标志，应向中国保安协会提出申请，提交下列材料：

(一)申请书(应当载明生产销售企业的名称、住所、注册资本、营业范围)；

第九条 中国保安协会收到企业提交的申请材料后，对企业的情况进行审查。符合条件的，由中国保安协会与申请企业签订合同，颁发保安员服装或保安服务标志授权生产销售企业牌(证)。

第十条 保安员服装、保安服务标志授权生产销售牌(证)有效期为两年。

第十一条 获得授权的生产销售企业应当按照保安员服装和保安服务标志技术标准及质量标准进行生产销售，不得随意变更、变造式样和改变制作工艺，降低产品质量标准。

第四章 穿着佩带
