一、等级评定的目的和等级

（一）等级评定目的：通过等级评定，全面贯彻《保安服务管理条例》，引导本市保安服务企业快速实现现代企业管理制度，促进和培育本市保安服务市场规范、健康、有序发展，加强行业监管，为企业和社会提供优质的保安服务。
